The obligation of the Executive Council is to act as a liaison between the councils and the Senior Chairman. The Executive Council is the point of the spear in fulfilling the needs of the Universal Kenpo Federation by formulating the imagery that professionally represents the Universal Kenpo Federation for present and future generations.

Members on all councils are recommended and voted on by all members of all councils. A majority vote is required for membership of the appointed person.
